Not Everyone Gets the Same Start.
Everyone Deserves a Real Chance.

An inclusion-first entrepreneurship journey for Women & LGBTQ+ founders

Built for founders who are ready to grow — not just pitch.
This is not about applause.
This is about endurance.

📍 National Pitch Day: May 2026 | Bengaluru / Mumbai

Why Enable the शक्ति Exists
  • Too many founders are asked to pitch before they are ready.
  • Too many women are told to “be confident” without being equipped.
  • Too many LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs are asked to compete in spaces that were never designed to feel safe.

What follows is predictable:

Brilliant ideas exit too early

Confidence erodes

Potential disappears quietly

Enable the “शक्ति” exists to interrupt this cycle.

Not with sympathy.
With structure.

This Is Not an Upgrade.

This Is a Reset.

Earlier
2026
One-day judgment
Months of preparation
Elimination
Intentional progression
Winners-only focus
Founder-wide capacity
Symbolic inclusion
Equity by design

Enable the Shakti Logo IS NO LONGER AN EVENT.
IT IS A PIPELINE.

  • Months of preparation
  • Intentional progression
  • Founder-wide capacity
  • Equity by design

This Is Not an Upgrade. This Is a Reset.

Enable the “शक्ति” is no longer an event.

It is a pipeline.

We stopped asking, “Who pitches best?”
And started asking, “Who deserves to be built?”

So we changed everything.

    1. From one-day judgment → months of preparation

    2. From elimination → intentional progression

    3. From winners-only focus → founder-wide capacity

    4. From symbolic inclusion → equity by design

SHAKTAYAAN IS NOT A PROMISE.

IT IS A PRACTICE.

The first cohort of Shaktayaan Fellows emerged from the 2025 edition.

They are proof that:

Fellowship must
outlast events

Support must
survive selection

Growth takes
time

2026 strengthens this pipeline — not as an experiment, but as a commitment.

WHAT THESE FOUNDERS ARE BUILDING

These are not “niche sectors”.
These are India’s future

Climate & Clean Enterprises

Digital Inclusion & Cybersecurity

Craft, Agri & Circular Economy

Sustainability & Livelihoods

Rural & Community-Based Enterprises

INCLUSION — DESIGNED, NOT DECLARED

Enable the “शक्ति” does not pretend that all founders start equal.

So we don’t treat them equally.

We design differently:

  • Separate tracks for Women & LGBTQ+ founders

  • Smaller cohorts where safety matters

  • Evaluation based on trajectory, not polish

Inclusion here is engineering, not optics.

BUILT ON LEGACY.

DISCIPLINED FOR SCALE.

Three editions taught us what works.
2026 institutionalises it.

Enable the “शक्ति” now stands as:

A learning system

A fellowship pipeline

A serious signal to investors and partners

WHO THIS IS REALLY FOR

This is for founders who:

  • ✔ Are women or LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs
  • ✔ Are tired of being “almost ready”
  • ✔ Want to learn before they leap
  • ✔ Are willing to stay the course

You don’t need:

  • ❌ Perfect decks
  • ❌ Loud confidence
  • ❌ Insider access

You need:

  • ✔ Discipline
  • ✔ Courage
  • ✔ Time — and someone willing to invest it in you
This journey rewards commitment, not performance.

If you’re looking for a stage, this may not be for you.

If you’re looking for a foundation — welcome.
