Enable the “शक्ति” 2023 celebrated the spirit of women-led social impact enterprises on the occasion of International Women’s Day,organized by Global Synergizers in collaboration with VAMNICOM, Farmscape Impact Foundation, India Accelerator, and IA Impact Labs, the event empowered women entrepreneurs and highlighted their role in creating a sustainable future.

Empowering Women Entrepreneurs
The event featured a series of impactful sessions designed to inspire and support women entrepreneurs in the impact space. The Guest of Honor, Prof. (Dr.) K. Sathya Lakshmi, Director of the National Institute of Naturopathy, Ministry of AYUSH, and the Chief Guest, Mrs. Anuradha Kurma, Retd DGM SBI, shared their insights and experiences. Their words motivated attendees to push boundaries and embrace leadership roles in their respective fields.

These winners were onboarded to IA Impact Lab, where they will receive guidance to grow their ventures and drive positive societal change.
A Sustainability-Driven Approach
One of the standout aspects of the event was its focus on sustainability.
Reusable Materials
Water bottles, biodegradable plates, and reusable decor like sarees and canvas banners replaced single-use items.
Upcycling
Materials from the event, such as banners, were repurposed into bags, and fabric scraps were used to create quilts for orphanages.
This zero-waste initiative set an example for organizing environmentally conscious events.
